Mandarin Orange Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs

Combine and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 24 minutes at 350. Cool completely and frost with:

1 large container Cool Whip
1 large package vanilla pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
